BIOGRAPHY
I was born in Leiria, Portugal in the 12th on July 1995.
I began my music studies at the age of 7 at a Philarmonic Band in my hometown, Leiria, where I learned music theory and drums.
Later in 2006 I attended to Orfeão de Leiria (Arts Conservatorium) where I completed the top degree (8 years course) in Classical Music, Percussion field.
By the age of 15 I had already discovered the wonders of composition and original music with his first band Rooster Claw which accompained him through-out the final years of the classical music course.
The classical area was followed by Jazz in the year of 2013, year in which I entered Lusíada University of Lisbon to study Jazz and Modern Music. After completing a whole year there, Frazão then began studying Jazz (drums field) at Superior Music School of Lisbon and finished his graduation there.
Paralel to those academic studies, Frazão had various original music bands such as: Ana Free, Bairro dos Castiços; but only few survived to this very day : Barry White Gone Wrong and Pink Snails.
I've also been in countless cover bands, nowadays I have a multi faceted project called Ology Music which includes several bands: Funkology, Rockology and DJology.
I'm also a music teacher. I started teaching in 2015 and since then I've taught Drums, Guitar, Piano and bass in several schools and also gave private lessons in portuguese, english and french.
BIOGRAFIA
Chamo-me Pedro Frazão e nasci em Leiria a 12 de Julho de 1995.
Comecei os estudos de música na Filarmónica de S. Tiago de Marrazes aos 7 anos com Percussão e Formação Músical. Mais tarde, ainda em Leiria, às portas da adolescência entrei no Orfeão de Leiria (Conservatório de Artes) onde completei 8 anos no curso de Percussão Clássica.
Passei do mundo do clássico para o universo do Jazz em 2013, ano em que entrei para a Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa para estudar Jazz e Música Moderna. Após completar um ano lá , comecei a estudar Jazz (variante Bateria) na Escola Superior de Música e aí terminei a licenciatura em 2018.
Paralelamente à formação académica passei por várias bandas de originais desde 2010 como : Ana Free, Bairro dos Castiços; e algumas que continuam até aos dias de hoje : Barry White Gone Wrong e Pink Snails.
Passei também por várias bandas de versões, actualmente tenho um projecto multi-facetado chamado Ology Music que engloba duas bandas de versões, os Funkology e os Rockology e DJology.
Sou professor desde 2015 e já leccionei Bateria, Piano, Guitarra e Baixo em várias escolas e aulas privadas com alunos de lingua portuguesa, inglesa e francesa.
